In December, CZW “Węglozbyt” S.A. implemented further educational activities aimed at the region’s youngest residents. One element of the program was a meeting with students from the Kornel Makuszyński Primary School in Niedźwiedź, devoted to mining traditions.

Mining traditions in schools – educational activities
During the week preceding St. Barbara’s Day, local schools, including the Primary School and Kindergarten in Bobrowniki, hosted meetings dedicated to cultivating mining traditions. The meetings were organized by CZW “Węglozbyt” S.A. The activities aimed to introduce young children to the history and significance of miners’ work and to familiarize them with the symbols and customs associated with the celebration of St. Barbara’s Day.
